How it works
Your first point of connection is our Founder, Meredith Jacobson. She truly understands the power of relationships in creating fulfilling work environments, providing support during transitions, and unlocking new opportunities.
With over 15 years of experience, Meredith’s career has spanned entertainment, influencer marketing, talent management, and relationship building. She’s moved from Boston to Los Angeles to New York and back, working at start-ups, a large corporate agency, her family’s wholesale floral supply business, and running her own consulting firm since 2019. Her network has been invaluable during both the highs and lows of her journey, and through Work Friends, she aims to offer that support to others.
When you sign up for Warm Intros, you’ll schedule a 45-minute call with Meredith, and the time will be yours to talk through anything from a career crossroads, where to start on your freelance journey, or recommendations for ways to expand your network. Meredith will suggest you connect with at least one other professional after the call who can either be a resource or a friend navigating a similar challenge, or you'll get your money back.
