Hi, I'm Meredith!
I'm a Creator Partnerships Advisor, Founder and Connector who has pivoted in my career more times than I can count. I got my start working in film & television production in Los Angeles, shifted to working for influencer marketing agencies during the "MCN era," moved back home to the Boston area and opened my own consulting shop in 2019. I supported over 30 brands and agencies with influencer strategy, casting, and campaign management as a solopreneur, and since 2020, I've been managing partnerships for the Internet's Dad, @DadAdviceFromBo.

I'm a firm believer that relationships are the key to growth, happiness, and fulfillment over the course of a career. As professionals, we are deeply impacted by who we learn from, who supports us, and who we can be honest with along the way.

Some of the most meaningful relationships in my adult life, the ones that shaped my confidence, my path, and how I show up in the world, developed at work. These friendships were born from proximity; nurtured through shared experiences, joking around at our desks, and endless coffee breaks spent analyzing office politics. They were never transactional by design, but through referrals, collaboration, and honest feedback have directly contributed to my success.

When I decided to go into business for myself, remote work gave me freedom, but it also removed the everyday human connection I had come to rely on. I knew that wouldn't be sustainable.

So, I did what felt natural to me. I started bringing people together.

During the pandemic, I sought out and set up calls with other freelancers, using Linkedin and Facebook groups. Based on their willingness to connect and confide in me, it quickly became clear that isolation was a common side effect of being a solopreneur. Work Friends became our solution: a way to click with peers who don't work at the same company, but are tackling similar challenges. Over the years, I've built a network of close friends, collaborators, and clients across the country that's more robust than I ever could have imagined.
As Work Friends has evolved from a passion into a business, my role is to notice people, listen to them, and help them find inspiration, insight, and comfort.

To each of my work friends who have shaped my journey to this moment so far, thank you for being here. And to my future work friends, I can’t wait to meet you.
